About PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide)
PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) is a semi-crystalline, high-temperature thermoplastic known for its outstanding chemical resistance, excellent mechanical properties, and good thermal stability. PPS maintains its properties when exposed to virtually all industrial chemicals at elevated temperatures, making it a workhorse material for demanding chemical processing applications. PPS has excellent dimensional stability, very low moisture absorption, and inherent flame retardancy, making it ideal for precision components in chemically aggressive environments.
